It is an amazing building, both in its facade and the internal intricacies of the banking hall. The ground floor benefits from substantial floor to ceiling height and has a number of entrances off King Street, and Cross Street (two of Manchester's most popular streets). The central light well roof is a particular feature. The upper floors wrap around the central void of the light well resulting in excellent natural light and fantastic views of King Street and Cross Street.

Lloyds bank is one of the most prominent buildings within Manchester. Built approximately 100 years ago specifically for Lloyds bank, the bank have been in occupation ever since.
