Stephen's vision began with an office building of 180,000 sq ft and will result in the creation of two of Europe's tallest Green Walls on one of the elevations of the building.

Rossetti Place was delivered in two phases and comprises over 100,000 sq ft of offices, over 100 residential apartments and a boutique hotel. The entire scheme, valued at over £80 million, took four years to complete.
