Crains - Manchester Business magazine, awarded Stephen with a Top 40 under 40 award which recognised the achievements of the top 40 individuals in the North West

Stephen, was awarded 'Property Weeks' "Rising Star" award in 2008.

Upon collecting the award Stephen said:

'This award recognises the vision I have to create exciting places, and that the best is still to come. I would like to thank everyone who voted for me'.
